Legality

You agree to use purchased items in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Arms Protection is not responsible for misuse or illegal use of products.

Liability

Arms Protection is not liable for misuse of products. Consult a professional gunsmith for modifications or installation.

Firearm Sales

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL. Buyer is responsible for legality, FFL coordination, and all transfer processes.

Magazine Restrictions

High-capacity magazines will not be shipped to restricted states such as CA, CO, CT, DC, etc. Check local laws before ordering.

Ammunition Sales & Restrictions

We do not ship to MA, NY, Chicago (IL), AK, or HI. Ammunition must be shipped ground and signed for upon delivery.

Rebates and Coupon Offers

Special discounts may be offered. Abuse of these may result in order cancellation.

Prohibited Shipping Addresses

No shipping to international addresses or U.S. Protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands).

Payment

All online orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Products are covered under manufacturer warranties. Arms Protection does not offer direct warranty service.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns must be requested via email. Firearms, ammo, and used items are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply. Refunds take 5–10 days to process after item is received.
